The Calanques stretches for twenty kilometers, the Madrague Montredon Cap Croisette and the Bay of Cassis, to form the 'Granite Coast ". The Calanques bears witness particularly evident in the geological history of Provence and the Mediterranean.
Found in the Calanques a large number of plant and animal species rare or endangered. The Calanques consists of massive Marseillerveyre (432 m), Puget (564 m) and St. Cyr, which rises to 610 m. A draft National Park Natural is currently under investigation. Considered one of the most beautiful places on earth, the creeks are still seeing a wild inhospitable to men.
